The way I see things:
Combining various materials and expressing the feeling of movement makes my work vibrant and energetic. Favorite mediums include metal, acrylics, and fiber, with the occasional mosaic project. I love to rescue discarded material, giving them a second chance at life, like the paintings, "Granny Smith", and "Out Beyond Here". They're painted on former plywood crate tops from a manufacturing facility, and "Sigi's" metal pieces are discarded punch outs from electronic parts manufacturing. More of this to come!
My work continues to evolve as I explore all the things that delight me. My desire is for that joy to be transmitted onto my work so that you may enjoy it as well!
